Available DGW Firmware Versions
The firmware pack is a ZIP file that contains the modules and the features to install on your Mediatrix unit when a new release is available.
When unzipping the firmware pack, the content is extracted according to a pre-defined tree architecture. This creates a directory that contains the files required for the Mediatrix unit to properly upgrade its firmware.

--- | DGW-9643 | Support SIP MESSAGE handling to forward a text message on POTS phone display. | FXS, SIP |
On the reception of plain/text content within a SIP MESSAGE, the matching SIP username will receive the text message on the display, along with a "splash" ring. This feature is only available with FXS interfaces. Two new parameters were created to support SIP Message Support:
Under DGW/POTS/FXS Configuration Under DGW/SIP/Misc | |||
--- | DGW-9533 | SipEp service must support TLS and TCP protocols as well as fail back on error 500 only for endpoint gateways. | SipEp |
The endpoint gateway feature in the SipEp service can now be used with the TCP and TLS protocols. The Sip.DefaultSipFailoverConditions parameter can now be configured with "500OnRegistration". An empty value for the Sip.DefaultSipFailoverConditions parameter now disables the fail back on registration error instead of having the same behaviour than "5xxOnRegistration". | |||
--- | DGW-9508 | Add stutter tone after certain star codes. | all |
A second dial tone in the DTMF allowed digit map configuration table can be added using the pre-defined character 'S'. When digits are dialed, if they match the digit map containing the S character, the stutter tone will be played and the digit collection will continue. Transformation is only applied to the suffix part of the DTMF map (digits after the S). The called number is the concatenation of the prefix and the suffix part of the dialed digits (digits before and after the S). EpServ | |||
--- | DGW-9373 | Support MCID request to forward malicious call identification notification to PSTN side. | ISDN, SIP |
On the reception of a SIP INFO containing the proprietary header "P-Call-Info: malicious", the associated PSTN call will now receive an ISDN FACILITY message indicating that this call is tagged as malicious. This feature is only available with ISDN interfaces enabling the DSS1 protocol. To enable this feature the new Isdn.SignalingChannelMcidEnable parameter was added. It is available via the DGW Web pages under ISDN/Services. | |||
--- | DGW-9371 | Allow the VNC to be disabled on the virtual machine. | all |
The VNC can be now be disabled on the virtual machine of the Vm service by setting the value of the Vm.Vm.VncDisplayId parameter to -1. | |||
--- | DGW-6558 | Change in DGW MIBs for BRI ports on MX4400 products. | BRI |
The BriPorts and BriPortsStatus tables were moved from "MbXgw" to "Hardware". |

The MbXgw configuration object (through CLI and SNMP) was removed. The parameters of the MbXgw.BriPorts[Name=xxxx] table are now in Hardware.BriPorts[Port=xxxx] table. When upgrading or restoring a backup or configuration script, the configuration will be automatically migrated to the new settings. However, if you use SNMP to manage Power Feeding on BRI ports (44xx+ units only), you will need to use the new MIBs. | |||
